Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Kamalobat@mail.com with:

• Photos of the damage/item.Your order number.

• We’ll arrange a free replacement (if available) or a full refund upon return of the original piece.

Every piece on KamalObat.com is shipped directly by the artist. For secure and reliable delivery, we partner exclusively with trusted couriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and GIG, along with national postal services that offer full tracking and proof of delivery.

Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number and update your order status on our platform. You can follow your artwork’s journey seamlessly until it arrives.
