You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase artwork or subscribe to my newsletter.

3. Artwork Purchases & Licensing

Digital Downloads: Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or claim ownership of the artwork.
Prints: Physical orders are shipped within 10-15 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Pricing: All prices are in NGN. I reserve the right to adjust prices or correct errors.

4. Returns & Refunds

Prints: Damaged prints may be replaced if you contact me within 2 days of delivery with photo proof.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, logos, and Site content are owned by me (Kamal Obat). You may not reproduce, modify, or use my work commercially without my written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

Do not use this Site for illegal purposes or to harass others.
You’re responsible for protecting your account password.

7. Limitation of Liability

I’m not liable for:

Technical issues beyond my control (e.g., Site downtime).
Any third-party actions (e.g., shipping delays).
Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from using my Site.
